It could be reached from the Ediabas tool menu entry of the main menu. we need to set our default folders for NCSExpert, WinKFP, and EDIABAS. I have checked to see if the error codes and details are in english with INPA 5.0.2 and I'm pleased to say they are. Ediabas tool is a tool32 replacement for Android. NCS Exper, WinKFP, Tool32 and more using BimmerGeeks Standard Tools & K+D CAN. I've just spent 15 mins going through all the links and downloaded everything from the following folders, DATEN, INPA, INSTRUCTIONS even though I wont use half of it very handy to read up and learn and have a play though and not to mention get a copy of all the BMW coding software.
I've not bothered with this as 5.0.2 is good enough as very few changes in the latest version anyway. This version needs some ini files from 5.0.2 and some tweaking to get this working fully in English. In fact I cant even get any software whether INPA, Tool32.
This upgrades INPA from 5.0.2 to latest version 5.0.6 and updates NCS Expert, winkfp amongst others to the latest versions. Search Newegg 01 Ediabas 7 00 VMware, Ediabas 7 One is you need to reset adaptations and do. There is optional extras from the same INPA folder and you can download and install, Standard_Tools_Setup_2.12. Lots of other downloads available from this google drive with dummy guides and lots of very useful instructions and help for, Inpa, NCS Expert, Winkfp, ediabas etc etc This consists of the following software, INPA, NCS-EXPERT TOOL, NFS, TOO元2, WINKFP, EDIABAS

The install puts BMW Tools on and it gave me the option to select english uk when installing INPA. I have Just installed it all on a different laptop to what my bcables software is on to test it. Setup NCS-Expert on BMW INPA / Ediabas OBD & ADS Interface. The setup installs have to be ran in XP Service Pack 3 compatability mode with run as administrator ticked. Tool 32 and possibly WinKFP if the software version of the module is not up to scratch.

Once done extract it and it consists of an installation PDF and 3 software installs and a reg file to run. It opens a google drive and if you browse to, INPA then broswe to, Inpa_502_enabled_reupdated and download the folder.

Bcables said they were aware of this but were waiting for some update to come out to sort the issue with their version!!īrowse down to, B.Software on page 1 and click on the link, "GO TO INPA FOLDER" I tried everything to get it working by changing lang setting in the config / windows files but to no avail. Just stumbled on this on bimmerforums when trying to find a way round my issue with inpa language being in german when I read error codes.
